Available to Compasse Point Golf Club Members and Guests only. This 75 minute yoga slow flow class has all the yogi vibes in a cool, quiet, dimly lit room we start with a nice 20 minute warm up/stretching, 25 minute flow, 10 minutes of core, 10 minutes cool down, 10 minute savasana- with light massage and lavender infuse
Please bring a yoga mat, beach towel and any props you normally use. If you need a mat- I have a few available to use
Summer Vibes- pool party, girls get together, yoga party for you and up to 4 of your friends. I can come to you or you can come to my in house studio. We can tailor the one hour class specific to what you and your friends want to focus on. Stretching, standing balance poses, guided meditation, intention setting, vinyassa, arm balances. It's your time- your choice.
Aromatherapy roller balls and worry stones can be added for an extra fee.

This intimate class with just 6 students will with start off with full body stretch before we heat things up by activating the core, then we move onto the Flow sequences , balance poses and lastly a brief cool down with the famous lavender cool cloths! Pre- Registration is required
