At Salty Dawg Yoga, we believe in the transformative power of yoga. Our practise is designed to foster physical strength, mental clarity, and a deep sense of community.
Curious about yoga and want an introduction to the foundational poses focusing on breathwork, and proper alignment?
Maybe you are an advanced yogi and want to level up your asanas by trying arm balances and inversions.

For current residents within Compass Pointe- contact us about getting a substantial discount - this class is tailored to your specific abilities, goals and needs. Flow class, restorative, arm balances, it's up to you!
Starting soon..... sometime in April 2025- Event Room at the Compass Pointe Golf Club - must be a current resident at Compass Pointe Neighborhood. This class will incorporate a 20 minute warm up/stretching, 25 minute flow, 10 minutes of core, 10 minutes cool down, 10 minute savasana
Please bring a yoga mat, beach towel and any props you normally use.
Call to schedule a semiprivate class for you & a few friends (minimum of 3 clients ) Great for pool parties, get togethers, bachelorette parties
Check the Saltydawgyoganc Facebook page for postings when the weather is nice. Lets get grounded and practice outside. Warm up with stretches, Sun Salutations, Heat Sequence, cool down and savasana. Start time typically 9 am for 60 minutes- Arrive 15 minutes early to fill out release forms.

I have been passionate about yoga for over a decade. I enjoy playful sequences that continue to challenge me. Yoga has brought so much inner peace to my life I decided to use my passion to help others. I find that when I teach I like to help others build their foundation with an understanding of the poses.
We offer a variety of classes for all levels, including vinyasa, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. Our classes are designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress.
