Available to Compass Pointe Golf Club Members and Guests . This 75 minute yoga slow flow class has all the yogi vibes in a cool, quiet, dimly lit room we start with a nice 20 minute warm up/stretching, 25 minute flow, 10 minutes of core, 10 minutes cool down, 10 minute savasana- with light massage and lavender infused cold cloths.
Please bring a yoga mat, beach towel and any props you normally use. If you need a mat- I have a few available to use
This intimate class with just 6 students will with start off with full body stretching before we heat things up by activating the core, then we move onto the Flow sequences , balance poses and lastly a brief cool down with the famous cold lavender cloths! Pre- Registration is required- 60 minute class

Having a busy week, need some guided meditation and a space to put down your worries and just "unwind"? Get ready for a great nights sleep as we move slowly and mindfully, connecting breathe to movement on our mats. No prior experience required. Includes optional aromatherapy and light massage work. This Class is limited to 6 Students and is held at a private residence in Timber Ridge- Pre- Registration is Required -75 minute class New Start Time- 6:00 pm - Tuesday
This 60 minute class will be designed for your and up to 4 of your besties! Have an at home spa day/pool party, family get together. Ask me about incorporating aromatherapy roller balls for you and your guests to make. Please email to inquire about availablilty.
Are you curious about yoga and would like an introduction to the foundational poses focusing on breathwork and proper alignment? Maybe you are already an experienced yogi and would like to take your practice to the next level by exploring advanced poses like inversions and arm balances. It is your time, your practice, your choice. Together we will discuss your goals and inspirational poses.
For current residents within Compass Pointe Neighborhood it is $60 an hour, outside of CP the rate is $80

It brings so much clarity and inner peace to my life I only wish I discovered yoga when I was a younger.
