Getting certified in teaching has taken me on a spiritual journey where my practice is so much deeper. It brings so much clarity and inner peace to my life I only wish I discovered yoga when I was a younger.

I believe that yoga is for every body and strive to create a supportive, safe space for all students to explore their practice. I love to teach new students the basics so they can safely get into poses by understanding proper alignment. I enjoy creating standing sequences to challenge your mind and body. I love to teach new students the basics so they can safely get into poses by understanding proper alignment. I enjoy creating standing sequences to challenge your mind and body. Balance poses and a lot of stretching is something you will find in all of my classes. While I encourage all students to be grateful for their amazing bodies, to focus on breathwork and mindfulness I also love to laugh and bring a bit of levity to my classes as well.
